The House of Furniture is an emblematic piece of soviet architecture, representing successfully the brutalist style in all of its glory. Brutalism is a style of architecture that existed between the 1950s and 1970s. Brutalism was originally born in Britain, later becoming one of the branches of postwar modernism in architecture.

MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION IN TBILISI
The magnificent building in the picture is one of the most beautiful and versatile architectural buildings. Before 2007 it was known as the Ministry of Transportation Building which is located in Tbilisi which is the Capital of Georgia and after 2007 it was occupied by the Bank of Georgia and since then it is known as the Bank of Georgia Building.
The Architects who designed the building are George Chakhawa and Zurab Jalaghania. They proposed this design for the Ministry of Highway Construction of Georgia SSR.
RICARDO BOFILL - FOUNDER OF RICARDO BOFILL TALLER DE ARQUITECTURA
Ricardo Bofill is a Spanish Architect and he is the founder of Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura which was founded in 1963 and it was one of the best design practices that soon after it came into existence it developed into a leading international architectural and urban design practice and due to this practice, Bofill’s creation ranked among the most impressive buildings of 20th Century.
The Early Life of Bofill was good he born in late 1939 after the end of the Spanish Civil War.
DRUZHBA SANATORIUM - A HUGE STOOL THAT RESTS ON THREE LEGS.
Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia decided to jointly build a sanatorium in Crimea for the workers of the two countries. The Czechs wanted their facility to be located in places with less space. Thus the architect Vasilevsky and the engineer Kancheli created a structure capable of resting on the ground as little as possible. what is now known as the Druzhba Sanatorium.
The building is counted among that group of structures defined as "brutalist". The architectural current of Brutalism had spread rapidly in the early 1950s.
