For years the facade has been in serious danger due to the intention of renovation of the shopping center, which has an extraordinary metal facade, which includes it in that group of shopping centers made of metal.
The extraordinary metallic facade includes it in that group of shopping malls built at the same time also in other countries of Northern Europe, representing a step forward in the definition of Ukrainian modernist architecture.
The self-supporting facade forms the exterior as a metal box, at the time, that skin seemed to keep inside a "treasure" space where children could find toys of all kinds.
If we contextualize it, by its shape, size, content and use, it was a statement of intent of a new era where access to other products was possible and inclusion in a more western society was a fact.
